N20 Pollution-Free Cremator with Double Burners (version 2015)
Model : N 20 / CDB-800F-801G Pollution-Free Cremator with Double Burners Version 2015
For 25 years, SANKYO asia (Thailand) Cremation Systems Inc. has grown to become the recognized leader of the cremation industry.
We set the standards which others follow. SANKYO (Thailand). was the first to introduce the hot hearth system, fuel saving materials such as ceramics,
and the separate remains removal system to the human crematory market.
Crematory manufacturers have specific reasons on why they believe beyond a doubt that their equipment is the best. It is, of course,
known that each of the systems cremate or the company could not stay in business, and since each of the leading manufacturers
have been in existence for many years, it is assumed that all the designs work. Specifications of the pollution-free cremator’s technology are subject to the standard General Features
1) Two combustion chambers consisting of the primary chamber and the secondary chamber
2) Eliminating air pollution based on in the rule of the repeated combustion in the secondary chamber
3) Using diesel fuel or LPG
4) Controlling the operation with the alternative current Structure
1) The external structure is fabricated of #SS400 steel coated with double-layered rust preventive painting before a finish coat.
It is designed according to the engineering principle. With its robust construction, it can support a heavy load and move without any problems.
2) The internal structure of the cremator’s walls consists of 3-layered refractory materials. The heating value on external surface during
the cremation must not exceed 65 Degree Celsius.
The first layer exposed to flames is made of refractory bricks with the thickness of not less than 114 mm. The heat resistance is not less than 1,400 Degree Celsius. The quality grade of the brick is not less than SK34.
The second layer is made of insulation brick with the thickness of not less than 114 mm. The heat resistance is not less than 1,100 Degree Celsius. The quality grade of the brick is not less than HI – 20.
The outer layer close to the steel wall is made of ceramic board insulation with the thickness of not less than 25 mm. The heat resistance is not less than 1,260 Degree Celsius.
3) The cremator hearth is fabricated of refractory bricks or refractory concrete with the thickness of not less than 152 mm., which are good at withstanding impact forces. The heat resistance is not less than 1,400 Degree Celsius.
4) The roof of the primary chamber is fabricated of side arch refractory bricks. It is rigid and strong.
The heat resistance is not less than 1,400 Degree Celsius.
5) The upper area of the secondary chamber is covered with refractory brick board with the thickness of not less than76 mm.
The quality grade of the brick is not less than HI – 20. It is also covered with ceramic fiber insulation with the density of not less than 128 kilograms
per cubic meter and the thickness of not less than25 mm. The heat resistance is not less than 1,260 Degree Celsius. It is covered
with the steel sheet with the thickness of not less than 3 mm. Burner
1) It is a burner with two-stage system. The quality of the product is certified to ISO 9001 Standard and in accordance with standards of Europe or USA.
2) Primary burner provides heat output of not less than 415 kw. which operates at adjustable high and low fire.
3) Secondary burner provides heat output of not less than 415 kw. which operates at adjustable high and low fire. Combustion Chamber
1) The dimension of the primary chamber is not less than 80 x270 x80 centimeters (Width x Length x Height).
It can easily accommodate coffins (excluding its base) up to 66 centimeters in width, 70 centimeters in height and 220 centimeters in length.
2) The volume of the secondary chamber is not less than 1.0 cubic meter, excluding the volumes of stack or primary chamber. Door
1) It is a swing-type door.
2) The external structure is made of steel sheet coated with rust preventive painting. The internal structure consists of refractory materials
or refractory concrete which its maximum operating temperature is not less than 1,400 Degree Celsius.
3) The door opening inspection system during the cremation is available and it will shut off the burner immediately once the door
is opened in order to prevent heat and fire hazard. The burner will continue operating again when the door is closed. Stack
1) Stack is made of 480 mm standardized stainless steel, 8.10 meters high. Operating Control System
The system of temperature control and measurement in the chambers is digital output which the heating value is shown in numeric display.
The temperature can be set as required from 0 to 1,200 Degree Celsius. The combustion system is operated automatically. Air Compressor Fan
It must have at least one air compressor fan with the size of not less than 1 horsepower, which can adjust the air volume to various levels as appropriate. Other Features
1) Providing a thermocouple made of refractory stainless steel in the primary chamber and the secondary chamber each,
including the clear digital temperature display
2) There is a control panel for operation system of the cremator, which provides the lights showing the operation status of the cremator, burner,
fan and other necessary equipment.
3) There is an access for cleaning out accumulations of ash and bone fragments and stainless tray for carrying dropped ash and bone fragments.
4) In case of a power cut or burner failure or completion of cremation process, the burner must be ejected from the burner inlet immediately
in order to prevent damages of the burner due to the heat in the chambers.
5) During the cremation, soot and fume leakage must not be released from the front of the cremator. Training for Operation
The contractor has to provide the training for operation and maintenance of pollution-free cremator to crematorium officers
of the temple so that they are able to use the cremator efficiently. The training must include at least the following topics;
Principle of operation of pollution-free cremator and its equipment
Correct use of pollution-free cremator by considering the elimination of air pollution, fuel saving, and safety
3) Plan of basic maintenance and repair of pollution-free cremator
4) Safety of fuel consumption and any procedures for accidents arising from fuel consumption Operation Inspection Service after Installation
After the delivery of work according to the employment contract, the contractor must warranty the quality of the pollution-free
cremator for a period of 2 years, including inspect and report the operational condition of the pollution-free cremator every 4 months during the warranty period. Product is One year warranty
